Windows MR (VR) broken since 1.16.200

Minecraft has NEVER worked since 1.16.200 (DEC 2020). Now 1.18 is here and still nothing. Opening Minecraft form WMR Portal OR via OpenXR shorcut results in the Red Disolve screen then...nothing. A black screen.
