Zoglins not attacking when standing on fire

Zoglins don't attack mobs or players when they're standing on fire. When pushed off the fire they start attacking again.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place fire in a 2x2 square
2. Spawn a zoglin in the fire
3. Switch to Survival mode or spawn a mob nearby

Observed Results:
The zoglin does not attack the player or mob.

Expected Results:
The zoglin should attack the player and mob.
