command block doesn't seem to work properly.

When sending a redstone signal after setting the delay time of the command block, the command block will work only when the redstone signal is still being sent.

When I previously operated the same command, the command worked normally even if the signal was not input continuously.

I write this article because I don't know if it's a modified circuit/command or a bug.
