placing blocks,can't fly,drowning while not being in water,ect

sorry,for some spelling mistake

1. so in the new update, for some reason i can't place blocks in my world and it would just disappear or be replace with the block i destroy
2. when i was in creative and had wings on me,for some reason i could not fly and when i try to it just went back to standing up
3. when trying to play minecraft and getting some kelp and i got out of water,the game thinks that i'm still in water and is slowly drowning me while when i am in water i  was not drowning.
4. when playing i keep going up and down when i'm not pressing any buttons
