Can't open chest or inventory...

Can't open chest or inventory after attempting to open moving minecart (also couldn't open the minecart) .I can still interact with buttons ,levers.

I haven't tested if I can trade with villagers or open animal‘s chest. Only way I fixed the problem was by saving & quiting and rejoining world
