Rtx is broken

I'm not really sure what happened, but when I turn on rtx in Minecraft Windows edition, everything seems to be glossy and doesn't have any texture. Back in 1.17, everything seemed to be alright, so I have no idea what's going on, someone please help. (This is for all rtx texture packs for me not just one.)
