wont let me access a specific world or its pre 1.18 backups

1.18 had released but I had not updated my game, I was on one of my worlds and I  pressed alt F4 when I reloaded the game it was on 1.18 but when I tried to renter the world it closed down the game I tried loading in a backup but the same thing happened even previous copies of the world made pre 1.18 are inaccessible. this glitch has not had an effect on any other worlds.

If would like photo/video evidence or a world download I will try to supply.
