Ice Biome - Faulty Generation

After updating to version 1.18.0, when I logged on to my world (made before Caves and Cliffs part 2), there were now Ice Biomes in a perfect circle around SPAWN and they stretch out to the world border. Even after logging off and back on, they're still there.
