Cannot place/put pressure plate on top of (any)fence.

I'm using a MYPHONEMY27 Android phone.

I was testing a bug that includes placing a pressure plate on top of a fence when I saw that I can't place the plate. This affects all types of fence and pressure plates.

I'm sure you know how to reproduce it, right?
