Why Sculk Shriekers can only scream one times?

Sculk shriekers are sculk blocks that can scream when a player is near or there is a sculk sensor beside. But only bug about that screamer is, it only activate at once, please make a screamer (sculk shrieker) activate more than 2 times. It should only activate about like after the darkness wears off.
