Stuck in panoramic screen view and no Menu in Minecraft 1.18

Again the bug still happening to me so can someone fix this bug because after I update this Caves&Cliffs part 2 the full version one. I quickly change the storage application to external where my worlds are in there. And then a screen pop up to me to import to a newer location for my worlds then I click import and after that it said to restart minecraft so, I restart my minecraft and the bug is here again I'm stuck with the panoramic screen and with no play, settings, marketplace, achievements, and dressing room buttons. Pls can someone fix this I can't play normally because I want to play my worlds so bad. And updating my old worlds for the 1.18 biome blending feature :c
