Blocks place and break delaying but commands and mobs are not

So i wanted to revisit my oldest world created back on 1.12, and started to renovate my world in the latest 1.18.0 but all the sudden blocks I can't destroy for 7-15 secs and even placing blocks, The mobs were moving fine and commands can be executable but blocks are just delaying too much pls fix
