Player can pass through 1 to 1.5 block gaps

Player was able to pass through a once solid wall, and said player fell into the void because of the bug, I lost full Netherite Armour a few minor things, overall cost me 2 hours to recover... The character being a 2 block high entity can pass through 1 to 1.5 block gaps 

May have Version information incorrect

It's Minecraft Bedrock Pocket Edition, And the phone I use has 62gb of memory 4gb of ram so I can ensure you it's not the device I've had no difficulty increasing simulation distance for flying machine operation
