Sculk sensors not loading 1.18

I updated my game to 1.18 and upon updating and loading a old world it made it so sculk sensors said update on the texture, and erased it from the creative inventory. I was worried it might have been because the world was on experimental mode so I loaded up a new world but the same thing occurred.
