PS4 major lag after 1.18

Interacting with literally any object either doesn't respond or with things like doors, gates etc they will open and immediately close each time. Also send there is a huge lag such as when a dog follows you it waits for nearly a minute and then walks the route you did and you can't interact with it until it finishes the whole route.
