1.18 has a lot of bugs in my old world

1.18 has a lot of bugs it need a hot fix , i can't interact with my animals , i can't even ride my horse , i can't fly with my elytra i keep on falling for some reason , i can't mine or place blocks , and i do not want to start a new world , please fix this update.
