Floating glitch

Loaded up old world in 1.18, and the game thinks I'm in water when I'm not. Basically I'm floating infinitely and I have no way of getting up or down. I tried going in water I also tried dying, but nothing gets rid of the glitch. Please fix immediately, my old world is unplayable.
