Dark Spots Everywhere

There are dark spots everywhere in a cave. After building into a wall (with light at 100) after 10 Blocks, I cant see anything. Tested it with a friend, normal is after 32 Blocks.

 

NOTE: I know there is a similar bug affecting RTX users, maybe these bugs are "connected", because it's the same version of Minecraft (Windows Edition)
