Missing /loot command

Summary:

Missing /loot command

Steps to Reproduce:

1/ Create new world in 1.18.0, enable cheats

2/ Open chat then type /loot or type /? loot or /help loot

Observed Results:

No auto complete command, no command description, can't run command, show error

Expected Results:

Can auto complete command, show command description, can run command
