[MCPE-149136] Various texture files are named wrongly / not matching Java

Complete list of new (1.15+) texture files that are in the wrong place. These mismatches introduce compatibility issues with Java with no benefit.

This must be a mistake because the majority of newly added textures have the same names as Java, even when it makes it inconsistent with Bedrock's existing naming conventions.
