Switch Error Code 2306-0332. unable to sign in to Microsoft Account

I am entirely unable to access multiplayer or the marketplace, so I signed out and tried to sign back in, but now I'm locked out. I get the "Creeper" error code every time I try to sign in now. It's not my wifi, as everything else works fine.
