Invisible Water and Lava next to flowing water and lava blocks

When there is flowing water or lava in the world, next to where it visually edges off, it invisibly continues. This is an annoyance in survival because lava still damages the player even if they are not visibly in the lava. Also, the flowing water side of the bug is breaking farms.
