Item duplication glitch

I had summoned a pillager raid on a village, and was about to kill the final mob, an evoker. I tried to attack it with an enchanted trident, but it managed to summon vexes before I could kill it. I tried to fight them with the trident, but the vexes actually managed to kill me, and the death message said as such. However, when I returned to collect my items scattered on the ground, I ended up with a duplicate trident with exactly the same enchantments on it: Impaling V, Unbreaking III, Loyalty III, Mending I, Channeling I
