Having to Double tap after installing The Minecraft Original Music Pack

On my old account i installed the Minecraft Music pack so i can listen to the Music Disks but after i did that i had to start Double Tapping almost everything i tried deleting my account and Make a new one but that didnt work so i cant say if it was the pack or a Bug.
