make item going into dispenser faster like chests

When i tried to put items into the dispensers, a droppers, or a hopper, it is slow like when the bar fills up, it doesn't go strainght into the dispenser right away like putting an item into a chest. I'm actually not sure if it is a bug that needs to be fix.
