playing Online

When I load up my minecraft,I get a notification saying that I can’t play online/ multiplayer on worlds  or realms and servers because of my Microsoft settings saying the online player setting has been disabled, when it hasent. I have to force close the game and reset my Xbox a few times for it to fix its self, even when I go into my safety settings on my Microsoft account and turn the option off and on again it still says the same.
