cant dl purchases

wont dl purchases says i dont have enough space. Deleted stuff didnt work and wouldnt let me redownload what i just deleted. Deleted whole game and tried again. Still wont download a lot of stuff says not enough space even though i have more then enough. I have about hundred bucks in purchases i cant access and i dont know how to fix.
