Marketplace item not downloading

The Chinese Mythology mashup pack will not download to my console. I keep trying to download but after it says it's done it still prompts me to download and I am unable to launch the world. I've tried restarting the game and console as well as deleting the game and reinstalling but nothing fixes it.
