[MCPE-148977] FPS drop when changing languages

Summary:
Sometimes, when changing the language, you can observe a drop in FPS for a while and a partial freeze of the game. This problem can be reproduced both by accidentally changing the language once or by deliberately changing languages quickly.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to settings -> language.
Change languages quickly (switch between thin and thick fonts to reproduce the problem faster).

Observed results:
Falling for a while FPS to 10.

Expected results:
Performance should not drop when changing languages.
