Blocks Disappearing While In Hotbar

Retrying cause I messed up the old one.

Blocks randomly disappear in inventory, MOSTLY in hotbar. I had a crafting table in one of my worlds and even though it was in my hotbar, it disappeared. In a world I created a few moments later, I had both a crafting table and boat just disappear. 99% sure I didn’t drop them.
