Delayed drops

Sometimes randomly when I am breaking blocks the blocks break but there is no breaking animation and no sounds (breaking and broken) and when broken the block doesn't drop tiny things and doesn't drop anything. But after a while (about 5 secs) it drops (what its supposed to drop) and makes the broken block sound.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go mining

Observed Results:

Nothing happens for a while

 

Expected Results:

Everything should go normally
