Multiplayer.

Phantom lava/water Invisible lava that does damage and slows you down you can't destroy it at all no block placing or water after you remove water/block it will come back,

 

also three way online multi player is bugging the game registers you in a place you were five seconds ago,

 

 

Edit Also all effects last a lot longer then they should.
