my command blocks won't sparwn blocks that aren't stone or air on any of my maps

ive been using command blocks for years to build working docoter who tardis and over the last few week ive notice besides stone and air the command won't sparwn any of the blocks ive used the ID numbers or the name e.g. 152 redstone_block and it won't sparwn i can't work on any off my tardis aor make new tardis
