blurry blocks/ far away blocks blurry

you can see from the image the far away blocks are blurry this happend when i reinstalled Minecraft i had this issue before and it went away i need this fixed plz help

 

things i already tried

• re installing minecraft
• factory reset windows
• using different gpu

also i had this issue before when i re installed minecraft before and it went away but i want to fix right now
