Minecraft Bedrock edition has constant lag to any changes including when the world starts

When I Open up the world the game continues as I'm still in the loading screen I died to a zombie while the world was opened. When I summited a command the game lagged for a few moments like it was a sudden pause. Item drops also have lag animations.
