Syncing my world onto another xbox removed a lot of the things i built

I wanted to play my world on another xbox it said it needed to sync but when it loaded a lot of things were missing for the original world on the other xbox. So I came back to the original it looked fine at first but then a minute after some of the buildings were broken the railroad i made was totally gone and my crops were scattered all over the place
