Realms problem

I am having troubles with my realm. I am unable to get into the realm.  I am unable to reset the worlds in my realm. I am unable to make a new world for my realm. I am unable to close the realm. My realm does not work in the slightest. I do not know for certain if it qualifies as a bug but it seems like it might.
