Another Player Appears to sleep under bed in multiplayer

In realms multiplayer, another player sleeping was incorrectly positioned under a bed, instead of above it. The player appeared in the space between the ground and the bottom, and was not wearing an elytra. I don't know how to duplicate this issue as it only happened once, but the realm and world is about 5 months old.
