Slimeblock cannot be moved by piston near bedrock

Hello

If you place a sticky piston in a flat world on bedrock and place a slime block on it, the sticky piston can move the slime block up, but it can no longer pull the slime block down. This is especially annoying, because you can't build many redstone things because of it.
