Creeper exploded in Creative

I was playing in my creative world when I saw an Iron Golem fighting a Skeleton. Then, I saw a creeper hole. Sorry, but I don’t have a photo because I filled it in. I don’t think it’s possible that it exploded because of a Villager or the Iron Golem. If it happens again, I will take a photo of it.
