My skinn changes in colour

whenever I log into Minecraft Bedrock my latest equipped skin has a green hue over it, sometimes it is even brown. This effect only colours the clothes on my skin, and not the skin of my skin. I can change clothes but then they only turn green or brown again.  This issue means that I must delete my skin and create it again every time I boot-up MC. Please fix this
