Render Distance Not Working Properly

After a render distance of 24 chunks the game stops coloring blocks in after a certain distance,this distance is the same for 24,32,40 and 48 chunk options.Despite that the chunks still get loaded but the blocks that are loaded after the distance have a bluish tint to them making it impossible to tell blocks apart.
