Graphics disorientated

On the current alpha build for mcpe 0.15.0, my graphics are a bit out of wack, meaning very, very out of wack. The affect is much like the fog in the earlier versions except it looks like whats in the screen shot. Also on the menu where the skins should be, the skins dont show... ↓
