Vanashing Horses, Villagers, and Boats

Recently I have had mini entities and items vanishing. I had a horse in a stable that had diamond armor and a saddle on and all of a sudden it was gone. No other entity was affected. No mob to kill it.  No reason it should have vanished. Later I  lost a diamond master armoer that sold leggings and a chest plate. I have had him for many months in a walled room with a bed and workstation. He was in the same room with another armor who did the other pieces. Now he is missing. Completely vanished. Completely gone. As I went to replace him, I went to get a boat to grab another villager. As I took it out of the barrel and place it in my inventory I saw the boat landing inventory and then immediately disappear. I would really like to get at least the armorer back.
