WDW magic kingdom 2021 Minecraft PE

Trying to ride the rides on WDW magic kingdom 2021. It says interact with a cast member to start this ride but you can't interact. I paid 7.99 on my iPad and my daughters and I can't get it to work. I can get autographs but I can't use the attractions. Please help. Thank you.
