Bedrock won't load past 45%

I know Mojang doesn't care because this issue has been ongoing for nearly a year, but Minecraft Bedrock gets stuck loading at 45% with no way of fixing it and no way of playing the game except waiting it out for hours to load. It's miserable and really something you'd think they'd actually make some effort to fix, but apparently not.
