Skins not loading when I'm logged into my account, it also keeps saying I'm not on the right version of the game (I have checked multiple times when it has said this) this has been happening for a week or so.

Any time I open Minecraft my skins never load, there was only one day when my skins actually loaded but it keeps saying I don't have any skins when I do, and whenever I try to equip a skin it just says "the market place is no longer available on this version" which I am on the newest version of the game. This has been going on for about a week yesterday was the only day where my skins actually loaded.
