I can't create a world and than I get stuck

I tried to do as I always do when making a simple Minecraft world on my Amazon Kindle. And I followed all the steps and than hit create and than I got an message saying error and I couldn't get out of it even tho i hit the ok multiple times. I couldn't get back to menu and was stuck. I even uninstall the app game three times and installed it again but nothing fixed the problem I can't even create a simple world. help please!
