Continued from my previous report

So I was told to tell how someone else can re-create said crash but I really don't know
How it happened is that I was playing on Mineplex when suddenly the game froze and
Later crashed. P.S this never happened again; the next time this happened the game froze for 30 secs before again acting like nothing ever happened.

I think it's my hardware but I'd like a better explanation from the dev's since I can't just assume something specially if I don't know how said game works.
