Placing water in the light block removes the light block

Summary:

Placing water in the light block removes the light block. It doesn't make any sense as the light blocks are waterloggable and don't match the java version.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the light block.
2. Place water into the light block.

Observed results:

The light block will be removed when you try to place water in it.

Expected results:

The light block will not be removed when water is placed in it.
